Stahl, Dorothy

The Bethpage Public Library Board of Trustees announced the appointment of Dorothy Stahl to the newly established position of Assistant Director. Mrs. Stahl has been with the library since June, 1968, first as a trainee then as Reference Librarian. She will be incharge of the library in the absence of Library Director, David Pinkwas, and will otherwise assist the director in the administration of the library.

Dorothy was born in NYC, attended Queens College and received her Master of Library Science at C. W. Post's Palmer Graduate Library School. She and her family have lived in Bethpage for about 17 years.
