From NEWSDAY - November 29, 2009 - Restaurateur/Chef Tom Schaudel opened a finer diner - 24 North - a 140-seat eatery, at 4011 Hempstead Turnpike, Bethpage. A diner operated at this location over the years - The Clipper Diner, Bethpage Townhouse, Chow Down, Diner Luxe.
