The Safe Place - A not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and elder abuse. The services include crisis intervention, counseling, emergency safe-housing, legal assistance, advocacy, a 24 hour hotline and many other programs available to victims and their families. The Nassau County Coalition Against Domestic Violence and the Coalition Against Child Abuse and Neglect have come together, creating one facility called the Safe Center LI, Bethpage.
