Miss Mary Barry, 9 Joseph Avenue, Bethpage, was elected president of the New York Chapter of Executive Women International at its annual meeting.
Miss Barry, Executive Secretary to the Vice President for Public Relations of New York Telephone Company, will spearhead the activities of executive women from 40 major New York City Corporations.
Founded in San Francisco in 1938, Executive Women International was one of the original networks for women. It now has 74 chapters throughout the United States and Canada, a membership of over 5,000 executive women.
