Frank graduated from Farmingdale High School, class of 1946. He worked for Niemczyk Bros. Farms and then joined the Long Island Lighting Co. as an apprentice lineman. He advanced to Foreman/Supervisor of overhead lines and service and retired in 1986 having 38 years with the company.

Frank was a member of the NYS Farm Bureau Extension Service, LILCO Retirees' Club, Men's Three Village Garden Club (Stony Brook, L. I.), Bethpage Fire Department, Holy Name Society of St. Pius X. and St. Martin of Tours Church.

He was a lifelong gardener and local residents loved the products of his farm.

Beloved husband to Rosalie for 41 years.
