A 2.1 acre site, for senior housing, on the corner of Broadway and Powell Avenue was opened in 1995 to conform with the newly created Golden Age Zoning. This zoning was created by the Town of Oyster Bay and sponsored by Bethpage Councilman Len Kunzig.
The community offers 52 affordable senior citizen condominiums in the heart of the village of Bethpage and will provide a quiet private community in walking distance to stores, churches, library, transportation and quick access to major highways.
